How long does it take to get a response?

Can I contact Bato in Farsi?
Yes. Our support team is fully bilingual and happy to help in either English or Farsi — whichever you’re most comfortable with.
I'm a business owner. Who do I contact about my listing?
Email business@bato.app or select “Business Owner” in the contact form above. Our business support team handles all listing, renewal, and account questions.
How do I report incorrect information on a listing?
Select “Report an Issue” in the subject dropdown above and include the business name and what looks incorrect. We review every report and aim to correct it quickly.
Does Bato have a phone support line?
Bato currently offers support through email and in-app chat rather than a phone line, so our team can track and resolve every request properly. Phone support may be added as we grow.
I want to add my business to a new city Bato doesn't cover yet. What do I do?
